Urban Beans March four-course wine dinner features locally grown entrees celebrating the annual rebirth of the good earth. This month, Urban Beans is pleased to have wine educator Liza Smith, owner of World Wines 4 U as our guide for this evenings line up of pairing.
Each course will be paired a wine or “mocktail” that compliments the dish.
First Course - Roasted Fennel Borscht with Macadamia Nut Pleezsh paired with Viognier
Second Course - Swiss Chard Hand roll with a Chimmichuri Dipping Sauce paired with Grenache
Third Course - Urban Wellington on a bed of Growhouse greens paired with Syrah
Fourth Course - Pear and Goat Cheese Galette with a port cherry sauce paired with Port
