The PHX Vegan Food Festival is Saturday, and it got us thinking about vegan food. How is it made? Can it have appeal to non-vegans? What are the different approaches to cooking it? KJZZ's Sarah Ventre looked into the food. She spoke with two vegan chefs about the way they approach vegan cooking. The first chef was Amanda Langham, head chef and catering manager at Urban Beans. The other chef was Jason Wyrick of The Vegan Taste. He runs a vegan meal delivery service.
